I own at least 2 other Applian products that work, but not consistently for every job attempted. I\'m just tired of fooling around any longer with these since Media Catcher during the trial performed well more consistently. I think that I should have been given a substantial discount on this purchase considering prior difficulties with your other products. Hopefully, Media Catcher will meet all my AV capture needs and perform satisfactorily.
